This Court by order dated 20 June 2018 in Bail Application No. 337 of 2018 while releasing the applicant on bail has inter alia imposed the following condition:

"(iii) The Applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of Sangavi Police Station, Pune till conclusion of the trial." 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation/modifcation of the aforesaid condition. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge. For the reasons mentioned in the application and as there are no other criminal antecedents, it would be appropriate to modify the condition in question. In the result, the following order is passed. A] Condition no. (iii) mentioned in the order dated 20 June 2018 in Bail Application No. 337 of 2018 is substituted by the following condition.

(i) The applicant shall attend the Sangvi police station once in a month i.e. on frst Saturday between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm till conclusion of the trial.
