This Interim Application is for leave to travel Bangkok, Thailand for a short period of seven days from 01/05/2023 to 07/05/2023. 2.

Mr. Sawant on instructions states Ms. Sunanda Maruti Navale is wife of applicant and her Passport Number is Z5118225. Copy of passport is also taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Leave to travel is granted subject to wife of applicant Ms. Sunanda Maruti Navale submitting her passport with the Registrar Judicial (I), Appellate Side, High Court, Mumbai. On return, applicant shall file affidavit to be affirmed not later than 19th May 2023 and annexe to the said affidavit all pages of his passport Purti Parab

2/2 17-IA-4292-2023.doc alongwith copies of the boarding passes issued. Upon filing this affidavit, with copy to respondent, applicant may apply to the Registrar Judicial (I), Appellate Side, High Court, Mumbai for return of the passport of his wife Ms. Sunanda Maruti Navale.

Mr. Sawant states that the dates in prayer clause "a" has to be altered and files further affidavit of applicant affirmed on 29th April 2023. Mr. Sawant undertakes on behalf of applicant that applicant shall travel strictly as per the itinerary mentioned in the application read with affidavit dated 29th April 2023.

We clarify this permission is subject to the CBI court granting permission to travel.

Interim Application stands disposed.
