After arguing the matter for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned advocate for the applicant on instructions seeks withdrawal of this application. Learned advocate further submitted that taking into consideration that the applicant is 22 years old boy having no criminal antecedents, the trial may be expedited.

Permission to withdraw the application is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Taking into consideration, the age of the applicant and that he is in custody from 4th July, 2016, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. The endevour should be made to complete the trial within a period of nine months. [PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.] 1/1
