Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for State.

This is an application seeking extension of temporary bail granted in favour of the applicant vide order dated 30/12/2018 on the ground that his wife is suffering from malignancy in the form of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. She was to undergo surgery for bone marrow transplantation. Temporary bail was extended vide order dated 27th March, 2019 and it was extended till 30th April, 2019. The applicant has placed on record the certificate issued by Dr. S.H. Advani, Medical Oncologist of Sushrut Hospital and it is stated that the wife of the Talwalkar

906.appa668.19.doc applicant would undergo surgery in the month of June, 2019. In view of this, temporary bail is extended till 16th June, 2019. The applicant shall surrender to the Jail Authorities by 5 p.m. of 17/6/2019.

The application is allowed on the above terms and disposed of accordingly.
