After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Mutha, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. He states that the Applicant is incarcerated since 5th February 2023 therefore, the State of Maharashtra be directed to proceed with the trial expeditiously.

Mr. Chaudhari, learned APP states that in the facts and circumstances of this case and as the offence is under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the State of Sonali

Accordingly, the Applicant is granted leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no progress in the trial. 4.
