Learned AGP submits that Administrator has been appointed to govern the affairs of petitionerKarkhana. The Administrator is present in Court who holds the post of Special Auditor (Class-I). Learned AGP on instructions submits that more than 30 Crores have to be paid as dues by the petitioner. The term of the Managing Committee of the petitioner got expired in the month of
