Learned counsel for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time states that, considering the fact that redevelopment of the Petitioner Society is being held up, Court be pleased to direct the Cooperative Court to expedite the disposal of the dispute. This limited

It is informed that, due to the dispute which is raised in the present petition, the redevelopment of the Petitioner Society is affected and that, members of the Petitioner Society are desirous of redevelopment of the Society. The learned Judge of the Co-operative Court is accordingly directed to dispose of the suit on its own merits within a period of eight months from the date the writ of this Court reaching it.

All contentions of the parties are kept open, to be decided in the dispute.

There is no other contention on merit was advanced. The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. (N. M. Jamdar, J.)
