In pursuance of Order dated 25.04.2023, the learned Mediator has forwarded its report dated 03.07.2023 along with Mutually Agreed Terms and Conditions, duly signed by the Petitioners along with their son Deepak N. Desai i.e. husband of Respondent No.2.

In paragraph No.11 of the Consent Terms, Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of present crime. Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 on instructions, submitted that, the Respondent No.2 reiterates the contents of the 1/2

SSK 44-WP-2310-22 said Mutually Agreed Terms and Conditions dated 01.07.2023 and she has no objection for quashing of C.R.No. 75 of 2022 registered with Shirol Police Station, District Kolhapur. 3.

In view of the above, Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
