The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is appointed as Part Time Teacher. Proposal was forwarded in the year 2011 seeking approval to his appointment. Subsequently, on 15.10.2012 proposal was forwarded and the reminder was also given on 27.07.2013. However, the same is not yet decided. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent no.1. In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Part Time Teacher (page 28) is pending with Education Officer Mohite 1/2
