At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. She states that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicant intends to approach the trial Court by filing an application after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that the application has not been considered on merits.
