In view of the supervening event of the final award dated 15-72013 and dated 26-7-2013 passed by the Learned Arbitrator, the above Petition challenging the two interim orders passed by the Learned Arbitrator, has turned infructuous. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
