Heard Mr. Pradeep Thorat, learned counsel for Applicant and Mr. S.S. Deshmukh, for Respondents. Applicant was Petitioner in the related writ petition being Writ Petition No. 545 of 2019. Said writ petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, more particularly, not signing pages of the writ petition by the filing Advocate.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant was under the bonafide belief that all office objections were removed. However, due to Borey 1/2

spb/ 4caw1058-19.odt inadvertence the above objections remained unrectified for which the case was dismissed for nonprosecution in terms of the order of this court dated 22.02.2019.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and on due consideration, the related writ petition being Writ Petition No. 545 of 2019 is restored to file. Applicant shall remove the office objection by signing each page of the writ petition within 7 days from today. Civil Application is accordingly allowed.
