P.C. :- Prayer made in the Writ Petition is to quash the decision dated 10 February 2015 taken by the third Respondent disapproving admission of two students admitted by the Petitioner No.2 - college.

Admitting the Petition on 29 September 2015, an interim order was passed directing that the two students be granted admission. After the students had completed the 1st year education, issue arose concerning declaration of the results and if any student failed to permit the student to re-appear at the examination, another interim order was passed directing result to be declared. 3.
Prayer made in the application is that the result of one of the students namely Neha Solanki for the 4th year B.H.M.S. examination be declared and she be permitted to continue the education in the 5th year.

Keeping in view the two previous interim orders, prayer made in the application is allowed. Interim directions in terms of prayers (a) and (b) in paragraph 9 of the application are granted. The Application is disposed of.
