For the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and Petition is restored to the file, subject to condition that the Advocate on record for the Petitioner shall supply spare copies of Petition in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.

It is made clear that, if the Advocate on record for the Petitioner fails to supply spare copies of Petition in the Registry, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 3.

If the Advocate for the Petitioner supplies spare copies of Petition within stipulated period as noted above, the returnable date of service of notice upon Respondent No.2 is extended upto 20th July 2023. 4.

Application is disposed off in above terms.
