The issue in the Petition is as regards the termination of the Dealership Agreement entered into between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1-Corporation in respect of a Retail Outlet/Petrol Pump. The Applicant, who claims to be owner of the land on which the Petrol Pump is situate, cannot be said to be in any way concerned with the issue of cancellation of the Dealership Agreement. Hence, the Civil Application for intervention is dismissed.
