Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal under section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit D" page 18, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
