This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application bearing no.208 of 2017 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by this court vide order dated 22nd March 2018.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the applicant/accused as well as the learned APP. There is no need to avk 1/2

37-APPP-537-2018.doc issue notice in this application to respondent no.1 as the criminal application bearing No.208 of 2017 was dismissed for want of prosecution even prior to issuance of notice to respondent no.1. For the reasons stated in the application, which is on affidavit, the same is allowed. Accordingly, Criminal Application for leave to appeal bearing No.208 of 2017 is restored to the file. The application is accordingly disposed of.
