This Contempt Petition is instituted alleging breach of the judgment and decree dated 11.04.2014 passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in Special Civil Suit No.293 of 2012. Upon taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Suryawanshi seeks permission to withdraw this Contempt Petition with liberty to file Execution Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Suryawanshi, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case. 1/2
