Heard learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant. She argued that the delay in lodging the Revision Application is bonafide and needs to be condoned for substantiating the cause of justice. None appears for Respondent no.1 though the Office Note shows that the respondent no.1Mrs.Mangal Chandrakant Pardeshi has been served. Learned APP appears for the respondent no.2-State.
