This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.2 to transfer the investigation. Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that after investigation into the petitioner's complaint, the investigating agency has filed 'B' summary report before the concerned Magistrate. If that be so, the petitioner is always at liberty to file protest petition before the concerned learned Magistrate.
