By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against respondents No.1 and 2 to decide his application dated 26th December, 2018 and 31st SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2021.08.17 10:55:12 +0530

March, 2019 for shifting his CL-III licence 225 from Gat No.7 to Gat No.1639 situate at Village Top, Taluka Hatkanangale, District Kolhapur.

Mr. Gokhale, learned A.G.P appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that as per earlier dated 30th July, 2021, he received instructions from the concerned officer by their letter dated 10th August, 2021 stating that the petitioner' s to comply certain formalities i.e to provide certain documents. He submits that if those documents are provided by the petitioner then they will decide the application of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of compliance. Statement is accepted. 6.

In view of these facts, by consent of learned Counsel for the parties, following order is passed;

: O R D E R :

(a)Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to decide the petitioner'

s application dated 26th December, 2018 and 31st March, 2019 for shifting his CL - III Licence No.225 from Gat No.7 to Gat No.1639 situate at Village Top, Taluka Hatkanangale, District Kolhapur as early as possible, but, in any case, within four weeks from the date of submitting the relevant documents by the petitioner to them;

(b)All contentions of both the parties are kept open;

(c)Writ Petition stands disposed of with these directions;

(d)No order as to costs.
