Learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (Court No.15), Sessions Court, Mumbai on 5th July, 2019. That, the name of the Petitioner has been deleted while filing of charge-sheet, as no evidence has been found against him in the present crime.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
