The record indicates that, on 30.06.2017 the first informant was personally present in the Court and on her instructions, her advocate made a statement before the Court that, the first informant does not want to pursue the present proceedings against the applicant. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 04.05.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer and to join the process of investigation as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till submission of final report.
