1] We have gone through the contents of the present petition. Though the matter came up before the Court on six times, the petitioner is not having any interest. 2] Today, learned counsel for the petitioner sends his proxy to represent. We have gone through the contents of the petition. The allegation seems to be that a plot of land in survey No.132-B, House No.15 at Shivaji Nagar, was dealt by the 2nd respondent by executing a Lease Deed in favour of the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent in turn executing ultimately a lease in favour of the 5th respondent. According to them, the land is a vested land. We do not have any material or even a piece of paper indicating that the land in question is a vested land as per the revenue records or as per other municipal records. The

dssherla 25-pil-106-16 contents of the documents clearly indicate private parties dealt with the said land based on a registered lease deed in the year 1961. It seems to be purely a private dispute between the parties. Even otherwise if the petitioner has any other opinion other than information furnished, he is entitled to approach the Collector, Pune with proper documents and representation indicating that the status of the land is a Government land, since it is vested with the Government. As on today, we do not have any material to consider and accordingly, the petition is disposed of. (CHIEF JUSTICE) (M.S.SONAK, J.)
