Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted in M.C.O.C. Case No.2 of 2013 arising out of C.R. No.93 of 2013 registered with Shivaji Nagar, Police Station, Mumbai. That, the Petitioner was undertrial prisoner in other cases and therefore was transferred to Aurangabad Central Prison for further proceedings. That, the Petitioner was released on temporary bail on 2nd April 2022 for a period of six months. However, he did not return to Jail Authority. She, on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner is reported to be absconding. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
