1.
This petition is filed by an individual who is the member of respondent No. 9 Society and is allotted a residential unit in the said society.
2.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length. We find that the entire dispute revolves around the internal relationship between the petitioner and the society and the Writ Petition is not maintainable for such
3. civil wp 7095-13.doc purpose. In fact, the learned counsel for the society submitted that the petitioner has unauthorisedly occupied and holding of possession of a terrace in addition to the residential unit which is already allotted to him. Several disputes are pending before the different forums. Writ Petition is, therefore dismissed.
