The main substantive prayer in this petition is for directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the representation dated 27th November 2014. The affidavit of Shri Ajinath Santram Kharat, the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Raigad filed on behalf of the respondents shows that the representation made by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by communication dated 27th October 2015. A copy of the said communication is annexed to the affidavit in reply. Therefore, the substantive prayer made in this petition does not survive.

wp7121 If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, it is for the petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings in that behalf. All contentions in that behalf are kept open. The petition is disposed of on above terms.
