1] It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedy as provided under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016 of presenting the complaint/application to the Grievance Committee. If the petitioner tenders the complaint/application to the Grievance Committee within a period of one week from today, the Grievance Committee shall decide the said complaint/application on its own merits and in accordance with the provisions of law within time frame provided under sub-section (6) of Section 79 of the Act. Apart from availing the remedy as recorded above, it would be open for the petitioner to take such measures as permissible in law for redressal of his grievances. All contentions raised in the petition are specifically kept open before the appropriate forum. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
