This petition is of the year 2012. It has been listed on 33 prior occasions. A notice of this petition was issued about six-and-half years back. We find that from the inception the petitioner has not evinced any interest to argue this petition.

In the circumstances, we do not think that we should engage the petitioner any further. Both the petitioner and his Advocate being absent, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view of dismissal of the writ petition, Civil Application No.2771 of 2012 does not survive and it accordingly stands disposed of.
