After the petition was heard for some time Mr. Talekar requests the matter be kept back post lunch session to enable him to take instructions.

Post lunch session, upon instructions, Mr.Talekar sought leave of the court to withdraw the petition on the ground that petitioner would adopt all such proceedings available in accordance with law. 3.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to take such steps as adviced.
