We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Respondent raised a preliminary objection that the Petitioners have remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, we are not inclined to consider the case of the Petitioners on merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to avail the alternate remedy permissible under the law. In that event all contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
