Learned counsel for applicant by taking this case on board prayed for partial modification of order passed in ABA No.802/2018 dated 20/4/2018 and contended that applicant was directed to attend Investigating Officer from 21/4/2018 to 27/4/2018 i.e. for a period of one week. However, though applicant had attended Investigating Officer on 21/4/2018 to 24/4/2018, he was unable to attend Investigating Officer on 25/4/2018 and 26/4/2018 since he has to appear for his MCA examination by Savitribai Phule Pune University scheduled from 25/4/2018 to 7/5/2018. It is therefore prayed that application be allowed by imposing suitable conditions to attend Investigating Officer excluding the exam period. Application is supported with hall ticket of applicant which substantiate the claim as aforesaid. 3.

In that view of the matter application is allowed as per

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant is further directed to attend Investigating Officer from 8/5/2018 to 11/5/2018 and thereafter if called till filing of charge-sheet.
