By the above Civil Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 169 days in fling the Family Court Appeal. By an order dated 18th June, 2014 this Court had directed to issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22nd July, 2014. In addition thereto, private notice was also allowed. Accordingly, the Applicant through his Advocate sought to deliver the Civil Application on the Respondent. However, the Respondent has refused to accept the service. This can be seen from the endorsement on return document memo of Vichare Courier. Since refusal of service is good service, the Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of. Upon removal of ofce SSP 1/2
