The Applicant had earlier approached this Court on two occasions vide Criminal Bail Application No.391 of 2021 and Bail Application No.3544 of 2021. On the first occasion, the matter was fully argued. When the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant prayed for withdrawal of the application and it was allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. After that the second order passed on 17/12/2021. That application was also allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. Observations were made that there was no change in circumstance.

Now this third applicaiton is filed. Even today there is absolutely no change in circumstance. Only argument advanced was that other co-accused were granted bail by the Sessions Court. But those orders were passed before the orders passed by this Court. Therefore there is absolutely no change in circumstance. The trial was already expedited by the order dated 16/03/2021. In view of that order the trial Court is requested to take up the trial of the Applicant at the earliest giving effect to the order passed by this Court on 16/03/2021. 4.

With these observations, the present application is also rejected.
