Mrs. Suchita Ankolekar, the Senior Vice President of the petitioner and Mr. Krishnan Nair, the authorized representative of respondent No.2 - Sarva Shramik Sangh, are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and 1/2

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked ("X"). 6.

The petition stands allowed in accordance with the Consent Terms ("X").

The undertakings given in the Consent Terms ("X") are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The impugned Award dated 30th September, 2019 passed by the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra, Thane, in Reference (IT) No.2 of 2010 stands set aside. 9.
