Heard learned counsel for parties.
Both the learned counsel submits that they already filed the consent terms dated 15th February, 2017 before this Court. These consent terms are on record as X-1. Both the counsel placed on record consent Minutes of Order duly signed by the Respondent as well as advocates for both parties. These Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked X-2 for identification.
Both the learned counsel submits that the appellant as well as the respondent agreed to comply the remaining terms and conditions of the Consent Terms as per Minutes of Order dated 1st August, 2018.

The decree be drawn in terms of the consent terms dated 15th February, 2017 as well modified Minutes of Order dated 1st August, 2018 which shall form part and parcel of the decree.
The Family Court Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
