Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has decided to withdraw this petition and seeks liberty to approach the Provident Fund Authorities making a representation seeking waiver of fund and additional interest. He has tendered an affidavit of the petitioner to that effect. In the circumstances, I pass the following order.

(i) Petition allowed to be withdrawn.

(ii) Petitioner shall be at liberty to make an application seeking waiver of additional interest and fine, if any levied within the period of two weeks from today.

2-wp-9379-2015 (iii) If such application is filed, the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner shall decide the same within a period of 6 weeks in accordance with law. (iv) Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
