Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Through this Petition, the Petitioner has alleged inaction on the part of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 in regard to the notice dated 2nd July, 2015 (Exhibit "F"). The case of the Petitioner is that for implementation of the said notice, the Petitioner had submitted representation dated 9th April, 2016 (Exhibit "I") before Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 but till date no action has been taken on it. 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Vishal Parekar 1/2

911-wp-7800-2016 competent authority of Pune Municipal Corporation to consider the Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision in regard to the representation dated 9th April, 2016 (Exhibit "I") after giving due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also to Respondent No. 6. 4.

The decision on the representation be taken as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
