Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that pending these petitions, Awards under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1/2

wp-5272-14 said Act of 1894", for short) have been made and in fact applications have been made by the petitioners under Section 18 of the said Acquisition Act, 1894. In view of this statement, these petitions challenging the declaration under Section 6 of the said Act of 1894 cannot be entertained. We, accordingly, dispose of these petitions.
