Learned A.P.P on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that at this stage, the police do not intend to arrest the applicant.

Learned A.P.P, however, submits that in the event, the Investigating Officer intends to arrest the applicant, he shall give 48 hours prior notice to the applicant. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
