The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition since he want to assail the order passed by the Magistrate on 29.1.2019, qua other accused persons also.

By the earlier order passed by this court, various documents - Page-1/2

Nalawade 908-wp-4554-19.doc were submitted by the petitioner along with the list and the said documents were kept in sealed envelope. The envelope was opened during the course of hearing earlier and even today. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission to withdraw the present proceedings, the said documents in the sealed envelope be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after obtaining acknowledgment of the same from the petitioner. Petition is disposed of.
