Heard. The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of Petitioner institute being declared to be eligible for the benefit of grant-in-aid, as would be clear from Exhibit-G (more particularly pages 57 and 82 to the petition), however, the said decision has not been executed as yet.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, we direct the Respondent to take appropriate decision in regard to Petitioner's entitlement for awarding status of an aided school from the year 2012-13 as expeditiously as possible. The decision as aforesaid, be taken by the Respondent in accordance with law keeping in view the

2 of 2 PB.11.WP.7823.2016 documents referred above, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
