1] The Petitioner has basically approached this Court for direction to the Respondents to re-fix pension after granting benefit under Regulation 26 of the Pension Regulation, 1995 and to further pay arrears to the Petitioner along with interest. 2] Mr. Lancy D'Souza, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 - Bank states that the special allowance as per Regulation 26 is already made applicable to the Petitioner and the arrears upto October 2018 have been already paid to the Petitioner. He further states that the pension is re-fixed at the rate BGP. 1 of 2

of Rs.31,872/- from November 2018.
