The learned counsel appearing of the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai states that in view of the suit being dismissed, the above Civil Revision Application and the Civil Application have turned infructuous. The learned counsel for the Respondent/Corporation tenders the copy of the judgment and order dated 27/08/2013 passed in L.C.Suit No.5108 of 1999 by which judgment and order the suit in question has been dismissed. The same is taken on record. In view of the dismissal of the suit in question, the above Civil Revision Application as also the above Civil Application are disposed of as having turned infructuous.
