Mr. Redekar, learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client who is present before the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station in respect of the grievance made in the petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and, in case, the petitioner approaches the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station, then, the Station House Officer shall enquire into the grievance of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision within seven days from the date of making of such grievance and thereafter, communicate the outcome of the same to the petitioner.
