This Interim Application is taken out seeking condonation of delay in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2.

In the Civil Revision Application, the Judgment and

49-IA-18267-2022.doc order dated 6th February, 2020 passed in Appeal No.7 of 2013 is challenged. The Civil Revision Application was filed on 6th May, 2022.

Due to Covid Pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended limitation period from 15th March, 2020 till 28th February, 2022. Considering the time required for obtaining certified copy of the impugned order dated 6th February, 2020 and considering the suspension of limitation period by the Supreme Court, there is no delay in filing the Civil Revision Application.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms.
