By this application, the Applicant seeks extension of time of four weeks to furnish the surety as directed by this Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik,J.) vide order dated 26th November, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2955 of 2018.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and time to furnish surety, as directed by this Court vide order dated 26th November, 2018, is extended by a period of four weeks from today.
