From the copy of the plaint annexed to the Civil Application, it appears that the valuation of the Suit for the purposes was Rs.74,40,000/-. Registrar (Judicial-I) will verify whether valuation of the Suit for the purposes of Court Fees and jurisdiction was upto sum of Rs.1 Crore. In case he finds that the valuation was upto Rs.1 Crore, he shall transfer the Appeal along with Application to the appropriate District Court.
