Mr. Rajesh More, representative of Appellant and Respondent No.2 who is present in Court confirms that the Consent Terms are as per the compromise which the Appellant and the Respondents have arrived at. Said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of Consent Terms, the impugned order dated 17th March 2021 passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai in Appeal No.AT006000000041967 is quashed and set aside by consent.

Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms with no order as to costs.
