Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, and having seen the relief claimed by the petitioner, we find that the dispute raised in the petition is over the boundary. As the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy available, we are not inclined to interfere with the petition, in exercise of the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 2.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
